Welcome to

Eco Club

At Bottesford Junior School we are proud to say that we are becoming involved in the Eco-Schools Programme. Our staff and pupils care deeply about many of the environmental issues we face today and together, want to make positive changes to our environment.

We have formed an Eco-Council, made up of representatives from each year group. The Eco-Council meet regularly to target areas in our school which are not environmentally friendly. From this, we engage in a process of planning, acting and reviewing, to make positive changes to our environment.

We are also involved and continue to get involved in a number of other environmental initiatives.

Solar Panels

North Lincolnshire Community Energy has been created to help reduce energy costs for local community organisations. As such, our school has now had solar panels installed. This will offer a green and clean energy source and enable everyone to better understand and benefit from renewable energy.
